ASYMBOL'S CRITERIA FOR SHIPPING
...is to get your order to you as quickly, securely and inexpensively as possible. Options may vary depending on destination and items selected. Shipping/handling charges are based on the initial value, weight and size, and destination of shipment. You will see these charges calculated on your order form prior to completion of your order.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Print orders will ship within 7 business days. All other orders will ship within 3 business days. Once we ship your order, you will receive by email confirmation of completion of order. You will also receive a Tracking Number from your specified shipper. Delivery timeframe will vary based on your destination, package size and weight.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS OUTSIDE THE U.S.
Asymbol frequently ships throughout the world and the previous information applies to our international customers. Additionally, please be aware that you (or the recipient of an international order outside the U.S.) are responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees if assessed by your local Customs Office. Asymbol has no way of determining these and no charges are calculated or collected during checkout by Asymbol. Please consult your local Customs Office for more details about duties, taxes or fees which they may charge you or the recipient.
CLAIMS FOR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
We insure products we ship for full value unless otherwise noted. Orders are carefully packaged but, in the rare case that you receive a damaged product, we will file a claim on your behalf as long as:
1. You inspect your order immediately for damage and completeness.
2. We receive notice of damage within 5 days of delivery, and
3. The packaging and product is kept for inspection if necessary.
4. When necessary, you return the product to us
TO ASSIST US WITH A CLAIM
If there is obvious damage to your package when you receive it you may refuse to accept delivery or have the delivery service note the damage on signature sheet. Please photograph your damaged package before opening and photograph the damage to your product. We may require you to return your damaged order (shipping paid by Asymbol) in order to file a claim. Contact us by email, firstname.lastname@example.org, or telephone, 307-734-1122, and provide us with your contact telephone # and email address.
ORDERS NOT RECEIVED
Please track delivery of your order using your Tracking Number. We will file a claim if an order is not delivered to the address you provide to us if we are notified within 10 days after you receive your Tracking Number. If an order is not delivered due to non-deliverable address or non-available recipient we may not be able to assist you with a claim. But please contact us and we will provide you with any information available to us.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS or WRONG ITEM
These situations will be reviewed on an individual basis by email@example.com
or 307-734-1122, for proper replacement, if Asymbol is notified within 5 days of delivery of your order. All orders are considered a final sale. If a piece is damaged during shipment, we will replace your order.
